I was wondering if anyone has come up with a way to get a better ride on the smaller Kubota tractors that have no real suspension (I have a B2400 and L3430)? I have quite rough hayfields that we dont like to plow due to the large amount of rocks present. I realize that there is probably nothing I can do, but I though I would ask. I have already lowered the air pressure in the tires and it helps. Adjusted the seats to about the limit, so no more help there. If anyone has something they have done, I would appreciate it.
thanks and happy new year to all

What type of tires do you have on the tractors? I have only had the r4 and the turf tires on my small tractors and they ride ok. My larger tractor on AG tires tended to be rough mowing. I replaced the old suspension seat with a new full suspension seat and that made a significant difference. ....

I can't help you with the L series machine, but if you do some careful measuring and shopping, you should be able to find a set of radial SUV tires for the rear of the 2400.
I have run such tires for nearly five years now with great success. You didn't say what you are running now, but there is a HUGE difference in ride quality between R-4's and a similar sized radial tire with about 10 PSI on-board.
If you are running R-1's now you won't find anything on the car/truck market that will handle mud and slop as well, so there is a down side. But do keep in mind that there is no easier machine to chain up than an open wheeled tractor.
See my pics for examples of what I am running.
